Key Responsibilities

Capturing Journals into SAP. Assisting accountants with month end reports. Raising admin POs for SA & Mauritius. Assisting accountants with tax return preparation and submissions. Balance Sheet Reconciliations - with assistance from accountants. Assisting with yearly external audit queries. Assisting Accountants with monthly budget analyses. Any ad-hoc tasks as set out by the Head Shared Services and Heads of Finance.

Qualifications and Experience

BCom Honours in Finance/Accounting

Three years work experience

Self-motivation, Attention to Detail & Deadline-Oriented

Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and accounting software

Have the ambition to help drive the growth of a young company.

Strong communication and administration skills.

Familiarity with logistics KPIs, global supply chain practices, and regulatory frameworks.

Working hours in Sandton are 7:20am - 4:20pm M-F and 8:00am - 12:00pm on alternate Saturday.
