Junior Accountant

The successful candidate must be a detail-oriented and experienced junior accountant to assist the senior accountant.

Requirements:

Sage Evolution accounting system

Financial Management

Customer Management

Supplier Management

Responsibilities:

Credit Card Reconciliation

Overseeing Point of Sales operations and daily cash-up reconciliation

E-mailing of customer statements and invoices

Fleet Data Capturing

Managing supplier transactions, reconciliation and processing of adjustments

Supervising inventory management from receiving to reconciliation, including stock adjustment and annual stock take

Manage administrative systems and functions

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum of 5 Years' experience in accounting

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations

Proficiency in SAGE Evolution accounting software and MS Excel

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R15000,00 - R20000,00 per month
