Responsibilities
Prepare monthly reports as required by Line Manager
Prepare monthly financial information for EXCO packs
Prepare monthly journals and balance sheet recons, to be reviewed Line Manager
Assist with forecast cash flows & budget information
Maintain fixed asset registers of allocated entities
Prepare monthly and ad hoc payments
Assist with financial information for all reports
Assist with debt collection process
Assist Line Manager with annual external audit
Assist with other financial functions as and when required
Review cashbook entries and allocations
Maintain fixed assets register (Syspro and Excel)
Assist with the preparation of cash flows
Assist with annual/year-end and internal audits and assist with compiling audit packs
Assist Financial Manager with preparation of final yearly budgets
Maintain the WIP and GRN suspense accounts to aid creditors reporting
Assist Financial Manager in preparing tax calculations and submissions & ensure compliance with local and international regulations
Prepare monthly reports (fixed asset, cash flows and net cash reports)
Assist with sales forecast reports for the month
Assist with EXCO packs preparation
Compile branch accounts for branches
Maintain IFRS16 schedules and raise journals for buildings and Ricoh
Prepare salary journals for the month
Maintain income received in advance schedules
