Job Summary
Qualifications required:
- Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Accounting or Financial Management or similar field of study.
- 1 xe2x80x93 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a junior accounting position within the micro finance or banking industry
- Micro finance or banking experience is a non-negotiable requirement
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to create spreadsheets and publish reports
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Audit experience is beneficial
- Accounts payable

- Reconciliations - reconcile financial discrepancies
- Compiling reports
- Researching and analysing accounting data
- Process asset, liability, and capital account entries
- Document financial transactions
- Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
- Maintain financial security by following internal controls
- Preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
