We are looking for a

Junior Accountant

in 7 WARRINGTON ROAD, CLAREMONT, CT, WESTERN CAPE 7708 ZAF. Your mission will be to:



Are you an enthusiastic, analytical-minded individual with above-average organisational skills and a keen interest in finance? A detail-oriented team player who can multi-task and is eager to learn from the best of them? Then we've got just the job for you.


You'll be tasked with:

Issuing of daily purchase orders Analysis of open orders Provision of remittances to suppliers Process and submission of Weekly payments Recon supplier invoices to GRV and PO Submit to accountants for raising

YOUR PROFILE

Tertiary qualification (3 year) in Finance or similar Newly qualified individual who is willing to learn Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles Proven ability to manage accounting figures and financial records is an added advantage Experience with MS Excel and other related accounting software is an added advantage Good understanding of procurement processes from PO to Payment is added advantage A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
