Job Description
Junior Accountant - Accounting Firm (Cape Town CBD)
A growing accounting firm based in Cape Town CBD is seeking a Junior Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
Capturing books up to Trial Balance
Experience working on SARS eFiling
Experience with CIPC submissions
Matric (essential)
Relevant degree or diploma (advantageous)
Experience with Xero and/or Sage (advantageous)
Good understanding of accounting principles
Excellent communication skills (email, WhatsApp & telephonic)
Ability to work well within a team
Duties & Responsibilities
Daily capturing of transactions from source documents
Handling client correspondence
General bookkeeping and accounting support
Working Hours
Monday to Friday | 09:00 - 17:00
