Junior-Mid Account Manager (Activations)



Are you passionate about brand experiences and activations? We're looking for a driven Junior-Mid Account Manager to join our team.



Key responsibilities client service and relationship management

Act as daily contact for allocated clients, building strong, professional relationships.



Support in taking client briefs, preparing contact reports, and ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.



Assist senior managers in growing client accounts by identifying opportunities.



Campaign and activation management

Coordinate the planning, logistics, and execution of activations, events, and sampling campaigns.



Work with suppliers, venues, promoters, and partners to ensure smooth delivery.



Draft and manage timelines, status reports, and project trackers.



Ensure activations align with brand guidelines and campaign KPIs.



Administration and reporting

Manage budgets, supplier quotations, and purchase orders.



Track spend and reconcile project budgets.



Collate post-activation reports, including photos, stats, and insights.



Maintain internal filing and workflow systems.



Team support

Support senior account managers with client pitches, presentations, and proposals.



Work collaboratively with creative, production, and operations teams.



Contribute ideas for activations, campaigns, and client growth.

REQUIREMENTS

Key skills and competencies

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.



Excellent written and verbal communication.



Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.



Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.



Good understanding of TTL marketing, activations, events, and shopper marketing.



Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Qualifications and experience

Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Events, or related field.



Junior level:

1-2 years' experience in activations, events, or account management.



Mid-level:

3-5 years' experience with proven client and project management exposure.



Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.



Valid driver's license (advantageous for site visits and activations).
