Minimum requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric / or equivalent 2 years' experience in a data capturing
Added advantage

Invoicing experience 1 year SAP experience

Main Responsibilities:

1) TAL Consignment stock (Invoicing)

Pull sales history on TAL portal Pull sales transaction on SAP V-lookup the two reports and combine final report for invoicing Send report to admin supervisor for DTW After DTW - change pricing, sales person and shipping type
2) Receive Interfoto and CDENS Lead time orders for TAL

Check portal that correct information on order is given through Check stock on SAP Process lead time orders on TAL portal Print barcodes/shipping labels/shipping notes Hand over documents to logistics
3) Consignment stock(sending)

Receive Stock shipping application form Hand over to warehouse to confirm physical qty stock and make adjustments Receive document back - generate transfer request on SAP(S01 -S06) Close lead time orders on these articles on the TAL portal Process consignment stock on TAL portal Close the order on the portal Print barcodes/shipping labels/shipping notes Hand over to logistics
4) Nictus/loot - capturing of sales orders - ensure pricing/quantity/stock on hand is correct

5) Makro/CEAD/Hi-Fi Corp/Incredible connection/ - capturing of sales orders- ensure pricing/quantity/stock on hand is correct

6) Capturing transfer requests on system for TAL consignment

7) Filing of all Purchase Orders

Job Types: Temporary, Temp to perm

Pay: R5000,00 - R6000,00 per month
