Summary
Our client is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Real Estate Agent to join their sales team. This is an entry-level position designed for an individual who is keen to start a career in the property development sector. The successful candidate will work closely with a Senior Agent, assisting in all aspects of the sales process, while gaining invaluable on-the-job experience and building their professional skills
Description

• Assisting with Sales Activities:

• Assist in marketing and promoting properties within our new developments.
• Help with the preparation and running of show houses and property viewings.
• Shadow senior agents on client meetings, negotiations, and contract signings to learn best practices.
• Respond to initial client inquiries and provide basic information about properties.
• Administrative and Support Tasks:

• Maintain accurate and up-t-date property listings on various platforms.
• Follow up on generated leads
• Prepare and manage sales-related paperwork and client files under supervision.
• Conduct market research to assist the team in understanding local property trends and competitor offerings.
• Assist with general administrative duties t ensure the smooth operation of the sales process.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience: 3 - 5 year experience in real estate
• Education: A Grade 12 (Matric) certificate is a minimum requirement. A relevant diploma or degree is an advantage.
• Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email).
• Highly organised and detail-oriented.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transport is a plus.
