HR Administrator (National HR)Suitable candidates are invited to apply for the position of Junior HR Administrator which is available at our Head Office in Blouberg.Job Function: HR Administration, Personnel Administration, Capturing and processing of information, Recruitment Function, Reporting, Orientation, Administration of Employee Files and Documentation, Completion of Documents on an ADHOC basis, Monthly reports Desired Qualification & Experience: Must have Matric;HR related qualification;1-2 years experience in HR/ Office Management or relevant administrative functions and must possess a good knowledge and understanding of HR,Fully bilingual in English & any other official South African language/s;Fully computer literate;Creative and trans-formative thinker;Self-motivated, positive, energetic with excellent leadership qualities;Excellent communication skills (both verbally & written) and a team player;Excellent human relation skillsRequires confidentiality;Positive attitude,Professional and friendly to a very high degree;Ability to manage and supervise responsibilities delegated to him / her;Necessary administration abilities and skills.
