Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Account Executive to support revenue growth by managing inbound leads, assisting with outbound prospecting, and helping convert qualified opportunities into customers. This role is ideal for an early-career sales professional looking to build a strong foundation in SaaS sales within a structured, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Qualify inbound leads and conduct initial discovery callsto understand customer needs Support outbound prospecting efforts via email*, LinkedIn, and phone
Assist with product demos and follow-up communications Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity tracking in the CRM*
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Development, and Customer Successteams Learn and consistently apply the company's salesmethodology and processes

Required Qualifications

Experience in a sales, customer-facing, or revenue-supportrole

Prior experience working remotely is mandatory

, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be considered Strong written and verbal communication skills Coachable mindset with a desire to learn SaaS salesfundamentals Ability to manage time effectively in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to SaaS, B2B sales*, or subscription-based products
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot*)
Previous experience in a Sales Development or Business Developmentrole
