- Located in Sandton or Cape Town with a flexible schedule
- Goal-driven with a strong appreciation for style and craftsmanship
- Delivering a tailored, luxury sales experience to discerning clients
- Building lasting client relationships and maintaining a portfolio of VIP clientele
- Representing the brand with elegance and professionalism at all times
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills Ability to connect with diverse clients and build rapport.
- Sales Acumen Proven ability to close sales and meet performance targets.
- Attention to Detail Accuracy in handling transactions, documentation, and product presentation.
- Strong Product Knowledge Passion for jewellery and understanding of materials, craftsmanship, and trends.
- Problem-Solving Skills Resolve client concerns with professionalism and tact.
- Adaptability Comfort in a fast-paced, client-focused retail environment.
- Education High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience Previous retail or customer service experience preferred; luxury or jewellery sales is a plus.
