Job Advert: JavaScript Full Stack Developer and Integration Specialist (Expert)
Location: Menlyn, Hybrid Model
Work Model: Agile Working Model - 1960 hours over 12 months
Contract Type: Renewal based on Performance / Project availability
We are hiring an Expert Full Stack JavaScript Developer & Integration Specialist to design, build, and maintain cutting-edge applications across a modern AWS-based tech stack. If you're passionate about scalable cloud architecture, building clean backend logic, and mentoring teams while working in a dynamic Agile environment, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS (ECS, Lambda, CDK)
• Develop and maintain backend and frontend features using TypeScript, Node.js, and React
• Work with MongoDB and API integrations (GraphQL/REST)
• Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and lead technical planning
• Write user and operational manuals
• Ensure the software is available, scalable, and maintainable
• Lead or assist with deployments and releases

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 12 years total IT experience
• 8+ years of JavaScript/TypeScript development
• 2+ years of frontend development (React or similar)
• 2+ years of AWS (ECS, Lambda, CDK)
• Strong architecture design experience
• Expertise with Node.js (Express.js, Apollo)
• Experience with MongoDB
• Comfortable with DevOps and integration workflows

Advantageous Skills

• Redis
• GraphQL
• Docker, Docker Compose
• Ant Design (Antd)
• GitHub (CI/CD pipelines, version control workflows)

Qualifications

• IT degree or equivalent relevant qualifications
