Investigate and resolve incidents within agreed SLA timelines. Perform root cause analysis and implement preventative measures. Coordinate with development teams to deploy fixes and improvements. Create and maintain support documentation and operational runbooks. Support releases, patching, and change management processes. Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards in all support activities. Participate in 24/7 on-call support rotation if required.
