Job Description
Recruit Pro Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a respected organisation seeking an experienced Java Software Developer to join their growing technology team. This role is suited to developers who are passionate about building reliable, scalable applications and enjoy working in collaborative, agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Participate in system design, code reviews, and technical discussions
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development standards and processes
- Proven experience as a Java Software Developer
- Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8+)
- Experience with Spring / Spring Boot frameworks
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
- Experience with REST APIs and backend development
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
- Version control experience (Git)
