In this role, you'll be the guardian of our ITSM governance layer, ensuring seamless operations and efficiency. Your expertise will shine as you nurture our ITSM management tool, streamline processes, and elevate stakeholder awareness. Take the lead in shaping the future with us!
Qualifications: Relevant IT Diploma/ Degree and ITIL4 Foundation certification would be advantageous.
Experience on working on best practice tools (Xurrent, ServiceNow, Manage Engine, Jira etc).
At least 1 year working experience with Javascript and HTML.
Automations and integrations experience is advantageous.
Process Management e.g., Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, Configuration Management, Contract Management, Knowledge Management and Project Management.
Business Analysis skills would be advantageous.
Communication skills, detailed-orientated and willingness to learn.
Based in Durban.
