Job Description

Requirements:

• University degree in Electrical and Computers Engineering, Computing, Information Systems Engineering or similar
• 3+ yrs. of manufacturing related experience (hands on operational knowledge is a plus);
• Experience working in an organization that has a well-implemented "Safety Culture" is a plus
• High level of knowledge in ID4 Advanced Support and ID4 Implementation or
• High level of knowledge in SAP/Datasul/Protheus Support and Implementation
• High level of knowledge in Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, Windows Server, DB SQL Server or Progress, Network, Security, IT Infrastructure

Knowledge, Skills (Essential):

• High level of leadership, communication and teamwork skills;
• High level of IT Knowledge in terms of Excel;
• High level of IT Knowledge in terms of ERP ID4, SAP, Datasul or Protheus;
• Knowledge of some Database Software;
• Previous experience as IT&K Coordinator (3+ yrs).

Knowledge, Skills (Desirable)

• High level of knowledge in SAP Support and SAP Implementation;
• Knowledge of some programming language;

Duties:

• Implement awareness and training actions concerning IT&K area objectives;
• Develop and control the implementation and assure the normal running of ID4 or other applicable local software;
• Implement, develop and control all the informatics data exchanged with partners/suppliers;
• Orientate, control and supervise all accesses, namely Internet Costumers Sites and others;
• Assure all activities and tasks that assure a good level of IT&K operations;
• Identifies organization needs by evaluating information management requirements;
• Delivers management information by directing the design, development, testing, and servicing of operating systems, application programs, hardware and software;
• Maintains consistent, reliable, and secure information by establishing policies, procedures, methods, and standards; including system access and backup recovery programs aligned with corporate policies.
• Accomplishes information solutions by setting project priorities; scheduling and coordinating actions.
• Manage computer system hardware capabilities by defining and assuring IT requirements and performance.
• Requirements gathering for system improvements and services by devising new applications; updating procedures; evaluating system results;
• Maintain IT KPIs as per established standards;
• Manage and develop the IT team;
• Actively participate in meetings assigned to the position;
• Manage IT CAPEX and OPEX, in addition to seeking PGC opportunities
