Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Job Title: IT Trainee/Intern x2
Location: Pretoria (Rosslyn)
Reporting to: IT Area Manager
Contract: 12 Months
Closing Date: 18 January 2026
Main purpose of the role
The IT Technician Graduate is responsible for assisting in diagnosing computer and network problems, monitoring computer processing systems, installing hardware and software and performing updates on computer equipment and programs.
Essential responsibilities and duties
As an IT Technician Graduate, your main responsibilities are as follow:

• Assist the IT Site Coordinator in all his duties.
• Monitor and maintain technology to ensure maximum access and uptime.
• Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software.
• Perform other related duties as required during working hours.

Qualifications and position requirements

• Education:

• A+ certification & N+ certification
• Higher certification, National diploma/ Bachelor's degree (advantageous) in Computer Science, Information Technology / Computer Information Systems from an accredited institution.
• Knowledge and experience:

• Strong knowledge of hardware, software and network infrastructure.
• Familiarity with electronic equipment, Office applications and security may also be required.
• Good communication skills as this position requires frequent interaction with clients.
• Own transport.
• Must be willing to work shifts.
• Languages: Excellent communication skills (English mandatory).
