Minimum 3-4 years of experience in IT field, preferably retail industry
Proficiency in installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
Check computer hardware (HDD, mouse's, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality Proficiency in networking, install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests & willingness to travel
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary Grade 12, Technical IT qualification (A+, N+, MCSE)
