Lions Heart Holdings is looking for a reliable and skilled

In-House IT Technician

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of our IT infrastructure, including domain hosting, website maintenance, and general IT support.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and maintain hosting for all company domains and email services. Perform regular maintenance, updates, and backups on company websites. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Set up and configure new user accounts, emails, and devices. Monitor cybersecurity and implement basic protection measures. Provide day-to-day technical support to staff across departments. Liaise with external IT service providers when necessary.

Requirements:



Proven experience in IT support or system administration. Experience managing domain hosting and website CMS (e.g., WordPress, Joomla). Solid understanding of networking, email systems, and security protocols. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field (advantageous). Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar (beneficial).
