Job Description
Job Title:
IT Technician.
Qualification:
Diploma.
Minimum Requirements:
3-5 years in an IT support/technician role.
Strong Windows Server & Active Directory experience.
Networking fundamentals (subnetting, routing, firewall rules, VPNs).
Exposure to Linux environments (Ubuntu/CentOS).
Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure required, AWS a plus).
IIS & web applications deployment/management experience.
Familiarity with security protocols (SSL/TLS, MFA, RDP hardening).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
