TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: IT Technician within the IT division at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system and be familiar with all hardware and software and with network operating system Provide recommendations about accessing information and support Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources Make recommendations about purchase of technology resources, research current and potential resources and services Provide network accounts and passwords as required Install hardware and software systems Technical experience in installing and configuring camera solutions Offer technical support on-site or via phone or email to personnel who experience problems with hardware/software Perform general maintenance tasks, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems and peripheral equipment for the purpose of keeping equipment functioning properly Perform general maintenance tasks, troubleshoot, and repair Printer systems for the purpose of keeping equipment functioning properly Ensure that all computers are secured effectively by installing and updating antivirus software Escalate problems and issues to higher level of support, this includes services that exceeds response time, repair time, lack of parts, or any other issues for the purpose of providing excellent customer satisfaction

Qualifications and Skills:

Matric / Grade 12 A+ certificate N+ certificate Valid driver's licence Valid Passport 2 years' experience in a similar position Windows troubleshooting experience Network installations experience Desktop/Laptop hardware and software troubleshooting experience Ability to interact with people Ability to comply with deadlines Successful candidates must be goal driven
