• A valid driver's license and own vehicle for business use are essential.
• Minimum of 1 - 3 years of relevant experience or relevant IT qualifications
• Proven track record with experience in IT support or related field
• Proficiency in computer hardware, software, and operating systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of computer systems, networking, and server management
• Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to mentor junior team members
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing IT landscape

Duties

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers on various IT issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networking systems
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
• Assist with Services Installations and Maintenance, Cloud Computing and Cloud storage
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective IT solutions for clients
• Conduct system upgrades and software installations as required
• Keep abreast of the latest technological advancements and industry trends
