Are you a hands-on IT Technician with strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for end-user support? Join a dynamic team and provide critical IT support across multiple branches!
A leading organization is seeking an IT Technician to join their internal IT team. This role focuses on providing first-line and second-line support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring smooth operations across multiple sites. You'll work closely with senior IT staff and assist with server maintenance, network changes, and software deployments.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line and second-line support for internal users
• Setup, configure, and troubleshoot email accounts, printers, VoIP phones, scanners, and shared devices
• Install and maintain laptops, desktops, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot network issues (Wi-Fi, cable faults, IP conflicts, slow connectivity)
• Assist with onboarding new staff (workstation setup, accounts, permissions)
• Log, track, and close support tickets timeously
• Perform site visits for hardware repairs and troubleshooting
• Assist senior IT with server maintenance, network changes, software deployments, and backup checks
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to IT policies

Job Experience and Skills Required
Education:

• CompTIA A+ and N+ (or equivalent experience)

Experience:

• Solid understanding of IMAP email configuration
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 user support
• Basic networking knowledge (DHCP, DNS, VLAN basics, Wi-Fi troubleshooting)
• Ability to troubleshoot user applications, VoIP telephony, printers, scanners, and workstation hardware

Requirements:

• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's license (travel required)
• Willingness to work overtime occasionally for critical incidents
• Comfortable working independently at remote branches
• Understanding of cybersecurity basics (password hygiene, MFA, phishing awareness)

Optional but Advantageous:

• Server administration (Windows Server / Linux)
• Virtualization (Proxmox, Hyper-V, VMware)
• Exposure to Autodesk Vault / Inventor
• CCTV systems troubleshooting
• Version control (SVN)
• Basic scripting (PowerShell / Bash)
• IT asset management experience
• Basic SQL knowledge
