We're looking for a Junior IT Technician to provide hands-on technical support and grow within a stable, professional environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support to staff for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, printers, and related IT equipment.
• Assist with user account setups, password resets, and access control.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on networks and connectivity issues.
• Log, track, and resolve IT support tickets efficiently.
• Escalate complex issues to senior technicians when necessary.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Education: Minimum A+ and N+ certifications (non-negotiable).
• Experience: 6 months - 1 year in IT support/helpdesk (internship or practical experience acceptable).
• Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting ability across hardware and software
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Other: Must be fully office-based in Johannesburg.
