We are seeking an experienced IT Technician/Engineer to join our team in Constantia Park, Westrand, JohannesburgThe ideal candidate will be a lateral thinker with the ability to plan and manage IT projects, successfully implement client-specific solutions, and maintain a professional demeanor while providing excellent customer service.Required Skills:
The ideal candidate must have the following experience and skills:

• Microsoft 365 Admin Centre: Minimum 5 years of experience at an expert level.
• Microsoft 365 SharePoint: Minimum 5 years of experience at an expert level.
• Windows Servers Setup, Maintenance & Support: Minimum 5 years of experience at an expert level.
• Firewall/Advanced Sophos Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience at an advanced level.
• Email Migrations: Minimum 3 years of experience at an expert level.
• Desktop Support: Minimum 5 years of experience at an expert level.
• Networking Setup, Maintenance & Administration: Minimum 5 years of experience at an expert level.
• Cloud Architecture/Azure: Minimum 3 years of experience at an advanced level.
• Cloud-Hosted Servers: Minimum 3 years of experience at an advanced level.
• Hosted Backup: Minimum 3 years of experience at an advanced level.
• Patch Management/RMM Management: Minimum 3 years of experience at an advanced level.
• ESET Setup, Maintenance: Minimum 3 years of experience at an advanced level.
• PABX Setup, Maintenance: Minimum 2 years of experience at a proficient level.

Advantageous Skills:

• Microsoft 365, Azure, Firewall Certification
• A+, N+ Qualification
• MCSA, MCSE Qualification
• VMware Experience
• IT Qualification from a recognized institution
