IT Technician

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar technical support role Strong problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Professional and approachable manner when interacting with staff and students Excellent time management and organisational skills

Minimum Requirements

Strong networking support and troubleshooting experience

Proficiency in supporting multi-platform environments including Google Workspace, Microsoft, Apple (iPadOS/macOS), Android, and third-party applications

Hardware diagnostics and repair capabilities

Audio-visual systems knowledge and technical support experience

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide hardware and software support and maintenance across the school environment.

Respond to IT queries and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, iPads, printers, and peripherals.

Install, configure, and deploy new hardware components and software applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on desktops, laptops, iPads, and mobile devices.

Perform network troubleshooting, maintenance, and support

Conduct hardware and software audits as required.

Provide audio-visual technical support for school facilities
