Job Description
We are seeking a IT Specialist to join our team and provide comprehensive support to all Third Age Group Divisions and Affiliates. The ideal candidate will assist with daily IT processes and user support, ensuring that business unit deadlines and objectives are met.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide remote and desktop support to users. Offer daily hardware and software support. Configure and set up laptops and workstations. Perform network and printer support, including hardware repairs. Manage new user setup and asset control. Handle requisitions for new equipment/software. Participate in IT projects and follow company policies. Perform database backups and restores.
Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Packages. CompTIA A+ and CompTIA N+ certifications. Clear communication skills in English and Afrikaans. Time management and prioritizing skills. 1-2 years of support and network administration experience (preferred). Valid driver's license.
