Job Description
Job Summary Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IT system issues, managing tickets, troubleshooting, and coordinating vendor resolution.
- Coordinate system enhancements and testing, including functional and user acceptance testing, providing structured feedback and sign-off.
- Ensure data integrity and integration across ERP, CRM, dealer portals, and other platforms, resolving discrepancies and maintaining accuracy.
- Build, maintain, and optimize SQL-driven Power BI dashboards for financial and operational reporting, supporting decision-making.
- Liaise with stakeholders and vendors, support onboarding and training, and collaborate across divisions to optimize systems and processes
- Strong IT background with ERP, SQL, and Power BI experience, supported by relevant tertiary qualifications and technical certifications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable system and reporting solutions.
- Effective communicator and collaborator, able to work independently while liaising with stakeholders and vendors across the business
