Serve as the primary point of contact for IT system issues, managing tickets, troubleshooting, and coordinating vendor resolution.
Coordinate system enhancements and testing, including functional and user acceptance testing, providing structured feedback and sign-off.
Ensure data integrity and integration across ERP, CRM, dealer portals, and other platforms, resolving discrepancies and maintaining accuracy.
Build, maintain, and optimize SQL-driven Power BI dashboards for financial and operational reporting, supporting decision-making.
Liaise with stakeholders and vendors, support onboarding and training, and collaborate across divisions to optimize systems and processes
Job experience and Skills Required:
Strong IT background with ERP, SQL, and Power BI experience, supported by relevant tertiary qualifications and technical certifications.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable system and reporting solutions.
Effective communicator and collaborator, able to work independently while liaising with stakeholders and vendors across the business
