Job Summary To succeed in this role, you should have a Degree or National Diploma in Information Technology or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in an IT environment. Proven experience with Microsoft technologies, virtualisation platforms, firewalls, backup systems, cybersecurity, IT policies, project management, and vendor coordination is essential. Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills will further support your success.
