Job Description
Step into a rewarding role as an IT Systems Manager with a respected manufacturing team in the Western Cape!
In this role, you will be instrumental in leading the companys IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives. You will oversee servers, networks, Microsoft environments, virtualisation platforms, telephony, backups, and business applications while managing the IT Systems Administrator and coordinating with vendors and senior leadership. Your IT management and security skills will help ensure a stable, resilient, and high-performing infrastructure.
To succeed in this role, you should have a Degree or National Diploma in Information Technology or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in an IT environment. Proven experience with Microsoft technologies, virtualisation platforms, firewalls, backup systems, cybersecurity, IT policies, project management, and vendor coordination is essential. Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills will further support your success.
