Position Overview: The IT Technician will be a presentable individual capable of working independently to provide remote and on-site assistance for our clients in Gqeberha region in collaboration with our team members in Gauteng and Western Cape. Key Responsibilities: The chosen individual will

• Always ensure a fully functional IT network and devices for all our clients.
• Be responsive to request from users and alerts from the various monitoring systems.
• Provide remote and on-site desktop support for Microsoft Windows
• Provide remote and on-site network troubleshooting and administration.
• Will install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
• Provide basic training especially regarding security awareness.
• Provide reports.

Requirements

• A high level of English language proficiency, both spoken and written, is required.
• A passion for customer service and great xe2x80x98softxe2x80x99 skills
• Ability to present technical information in plain terms to non-technical users.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Support preferable in a MSP environment
• Demonstrated proficiency in resolving IT related issues.
• Minimum Matric, A+ and N+ and preferable Office 365 qualifications.
• Valid South African driverxe2x80x99s license
• Experience with replacing laptop parts is highly preferred.
• 3 years of experience in IT Support

Job Type: Full-time Salary: R10,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
