Position: IT Support/ System Analyst
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support/ System Analyst to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and system analysis, with a passion for problem-solving and customer service. This role will involve providing technical support to our clients, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new systems, and resolving network connectivity problems.
- Conduct system analysis to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements or upgrades.
- Install and configure software and hardware, including servers, routers, and other network devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system changes and upgrades.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations and procedures.
- Train end-users on new systems and software as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry trends to make informed recommendations for system improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support and system analysis.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Experience with system analysis tools and techniques.
- Proficient in software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) are a plus.
