International Organisation requires an IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day support to infrastructure and general in house IT Systems to ensure smooth operations
Description
Technical Support & Troubleshooting of users in the business
Set up new users (hardware, software and configuration)
Software Installations
Troubleshooting and diagnosing LAN and Wi-Fi network connectivity issues
IT Asset management
Security and Systems Management
Infrastructure and Networks
Minimum Requirements
Must have the following Certifications:
- CompTIA Networks
- Microsoft 365 MD-102
- Azure AZ-900
- ITIL Foundation
- Google Workspace Administrator
- Cisco CCNA
- IT Governance
- POPIA
Excellent knowledge of Office365 and Google Workspace
Good understanding of IT Infrastructure, remote support and cloud based systems
