We are searching for a Customer Service Engineer to join our client for onsite and remote ICT support. This is a 5 month contract. Salary offered is R19000 per month. Candidates must have own vehicle to travel to sites and be available immediately. Only Candidates Available immediately and can travel to Stellenbosch daily will be considered. Candidates from other provinces will be excluded.

Candidates are also required to have IT Service Desk Experience

Responsibilities

Client Remote Support Onsite Physical Support Troubleshoot technology issues. Install and maintain equipment and software. Ask questions to pinpoint the problem. Perform remote troubleshooting. Help new employees set up their workstations. Maintain and upgrade equipment as needed. Train new employees to use a company's software and apps. Respond to ad hoc and urgent requests. Test, install and set up application programs on user workstations. Test network connections. Train end users when new software or IT regulations arrive at the company. Site to Site Support Ensure high level of customer liaison is maintained at all times and interaction is conducted in a highly professional manner. Follow appropriate escalation procedures as and when required. Ensure adherence to respective client specific Operational Manuals. Be Mobile (have own vehicle and be willing to use it for work purposes and claim back petrol afterwards) Be available to travel when requested(within south Africa)
Qualifications

A+ N+ Degree or Diploma in IT related field advantageous MCP/MCSE advantageous

Experience

2-5 Years O365 (All apps especially licensing and troubleshooting) Have worked with VIP's / All types of users 3-5 Years Remote support and on site physical support Basic and Intermediate Desktop support (3-5 yrs experience)

Knowledge and Skills

Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 Experience Office 365 Admin Experience Office 365 Troubleshooting experience Remote Support Onsite Troubleshooting

Term And Remuneration

6 Month Contract Salary R19000 Per Month
