Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems
Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory
Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
Troubleshoot network issues (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
Maintain IT inventory and documentation
Ensure security best practices on all devices
Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers as needed
Deliver timely and professional support to end-users onsite and remotely
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
Familiarity with remote support tools (RDP, TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: R900,00 - R1070,00 per day
Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
Work Location: On the road
