A global innovator expanding its footprint into South Africa is seeking tech-savvy, service-oriented IT Support Analysts to join its international team. You'll support a worldwide network across time zones, ensuring seamless IT operations and outstanding user experience. Serve as the first point of contact for IT support queries
Provide technical assistance to internal users and remote clinicians
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and workflow-related issues
Log and manage tickets, ensuring timely resolution
Configure, deploy, and support end-user computing devices
Maintain accurate hardware inventory
Support clinicians with hardware setup and deployment
Participate in IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives
