System Administration (Tibco Nimbus) knowledge will be an advantage
Main Purpose of the Role:
Administration of Nimbus system (Backend)
User Access Management
Process Mapping
Creating workflows within Nimbus system
System Reporting
Duties and Responsibilities: System Administration Component
Ensure that internal and external users are allocated the correct administration levels in the Quality Manual System
Maintain the electronic QMS (liaise with Vendors for software upgrades etc.)
Process Administration Component
Ensure all Change Management tasks are actioned within SLA
Ensure the mapping of new processes within SLA
Monitor and escalate overdue Change Requests
Monitor and escalate monthly Acknowledgment reports and review User Groups with Owner
Ensure annual process and document reviews are set up correctly and completed annually
Complete ad hoc projects for other business units / departments / projects within SLA
Ensure all documents and processes are created according to company standards
Ensure adherence to Management of Change procedure
Manage nonconformities and CAPAs
OTHER DUTIES
Provide reports to business as required
Provide support with respect to the location of processes/documents and user access
Provide training for Process Owners and End Users where required
Identify Continuous Improvement opportunities
Maintain a high standard of customer service to all users
