Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and maintain company computer systems, networks, and user accounts across all sites

- Manage IT security, including firewalls, antivirus, encryption, email protection, and access control

- Ensure compliance with internal data protection policies and external regulations across all sites

- Diagnose hardware and software issues and implement solutions

- Set up, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and mobile devices

- Manage user support requests and provide first- and second-line support

- Conduct regular system audits and backups

- Oversee asset tracking of IT equipment

- Support implementation of new software or hardware systems across all sites

- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

- National Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

- CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications (required)

- Microsoft Certified (MCSA or equivalent)

- Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification is highly advantageous

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar IT support or technician role

- Solid understanding of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking

- Experience with security protocols, firewalls, and intrusion prevention systems

- Ability to manage and respond to IT security threats

- Valid South African Driver's License
