A Vacancy for a Qualified Teacher Grade 8 in a High School homeschool setting in Plettenberg Bay - Year 2026.

Requirements:

Undergraduate degree (NQF 6) in Education (B.Ed or B.A. with PGCE preferred for Grade . SACE certification and police clearance required. Minimum 4 yrs teaching experience. Computer literacy and basic digital tools proficiency. English and Afrikaans - Excellent written and verbal communication and professional presentation. Morning only and 5 x days per week. Remedial teaching, working with memory functions and executive function-related skills. Lifelong learner committed to ongoing professional growth. Strong planning, organization, and attention to detail. High emotional intelligence with mature relationship management. Effective time management and ability to multitask. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with proactive Adaptability. Positive, respectful, and open-minded mindset.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Leadership & Operations + Lead, mentor, and develop staff.

+ Manage inventory and equipment.

Sales Growth & Account Management + Achieve revenue targets.
+ Grow key client accounts.
+ Support lead generation and deal closing.

+ Monitor market trends for new business.
Customer Experience & Service + Ensure high service standards.
+ Resolve technical issues swiftly.
+ Foster customer-centric culture.
+ Handle complex escalations.
Performance & Reporting + Track operational, sales, and technical KPIs.
