Job Summary IT Software Solutions Service Manager for External Clients Permanent position To work remotely Must have had 3-5 years working experience in the Life Insurance OR Lending/loans Industry is essential within software development solution Companies must have minimum 3-5 years IT Software experience working with internal IT DevOps Software development team to provide IT DevOps Software Solutions that External Clients require to be developed **** Matric Must have IT Software qualifications OR any other relative certificates in IT software development , OR Other Must have gained experience in the full Software Development Life Cycle( SDLC ) IT Software Solutions Driver's License and own Transport Must have Project Managing working experience regarding IT software solutions for the External Clients. Agile + Project Management businesses processes experience needed External Client support Direct support to internal IT Software developers to clarify External client software requirements Verify tasks performing IT Software Testing prior to deployments to external client environment, and System configuration Manage IT Software deployments Hotfixes, patches, release, and data fixes. Must have experience in Test scenarios gained where defects, identify defects with External client. Resolve IT Software External Client
