This is a contract role for an Information Technology Service Desk professional. The role is based on-site in the Centurion Area. The day-to-day tasks include providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, and managing IT services. The Information Technology Service Desk professional will also be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring operational efficiency.

Qualifications
Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
Knowledge in Information Technology and IT Service Management
Excellent Customer Service skills
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the IT industry is a plus
Relevant certifications in IT or related fields
ITIL V4 Foundation certified
