Oversee the day-to-day delivery and performance of IT infrastructure services (networks, servers, storage, cloud, enterprise systems).
Ensure reliability, security, and alignment of IT services with business needs.
Manage incident, problem, and change processes.
Enforce, refine, and implement SLAs/OLAs to ensure accountability.
Lead vendor and contract management, including negotiations and performance reviews.
Work closely with stakeholders and leadership to align IT services with strategic goals.
Drive continuous improvement and provide clear communication on IT service performance.
What Were Looking For
5+ years experience as an IT Service Delivery Manager in infrastructure environments.
Formal qualification(s) in ITIL, ITSM, or related frameworks.
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and IT Security.
Experience in managing SLAs/OLAs for both internal teams and external vendors.
Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor relationship skills.
Change management experience and familiarity with transformation frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in IT
IT Security & Infrastructure certifications (e.g., A+, N+, Security+).
Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and industry best practices.
