Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement IT risk management strategies tailored to hospitality operations
Identify and mitigate cyber threats across guest-facing and internal systems
Manage patching, VPNs, and network security (LAN/WAN)
Oversee Active Directory, Office 365 Cloud services, and hosted email environments
Ensure secure connectivity across multiple sites and guest networks
Lead incident response and recovery planning
Collaborate with operational teams to embed security best practices
Advise on infrastructure upgrades and digital transformation initiatives
Requirements & Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in
Cyber Security
,
Computer Science
, or
Computer Engineering
Minimum
5 years
experience in IT Risk Management and Cyber Threat response
Applicable
Microsoft certifications
Strong technical knowledge of:
+ LAN/WAN networks, patch management, and VPNs
+ Office 365 Cloud services (hosted emails)
+ Ubiquity and other WiFi APs, HP Aruba Switches, VLANs
+ Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019/2022
+ Active Directory (users, groups, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, OUs)
