Duties & ResponsibilitiesBuilding and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates / management of own databaseSearching, screening and short-listing quality candidatesBuilding client relationshipsNegotiating offers with candidatesDelivering the highest levels of quality candidates resulting in customer satisfactionDeveloping a referral network and demonstrating excellent headhunting skillsResponsible for developing and learning technology, as well as market awarenessUnderstanding the business, to provide top calibre resources.Interviewing and shortlisting the potential candidatesKeeping track of placements and on-boarding processDesired Experience & QualificationMinimum of 3 - 5 years Technical IT Recruitment Experience.Capable of working both permanent and contractor rolesMust be willing and able to work in the office full-timeMust have high attention to detailAbility to work independentlySelf-motivated and self-drivenProven track record of placement history is required (within Permanent / Contractor verticals)Experience of developing, improving and delivering an IT recruitment service in a changing environment, leading others to deliver.Able to handle working in a pressurised environment
