Job Summary
We are looking for a technically savvy Project Manager to support client-facing technology initiatives. You'll oversee multiple projects concurrently, guiding scope, timelines, and budgets while coordinating closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders. If you excel at managing technical projects, fostering collaboration, and maintaining high standards of delivery, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Ensure technology and professional services are delivered in alignment with client expectations.
• Develop comprehensive project plans covering timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively to ensure consistent project success.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, assign tasks, and track progress to meet deadlines.
• Monitor budgets and ensure projects remain within financial constraints.
• Communicate project updates and potential challenges clearly to all stakeholders.
• Foster a transparent, collaborative environment and encourage open communication.
• Maintain organized and accessible project documentation in the company knowledge base.
• Lead project reviews and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay current on industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field--or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in IT consulting or technical environments.
• Strong knowledge of Zscaler, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, and related cloud technologies.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple, complex technical projects from start to finish.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive problem-solver with strong critical thinking skills.
• Outstanding communication skills--verbal, written, and interpersonal.
• Experience in client-facing project coordination and relationship management.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, Asana, or similar).
• Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Confident leader with the ability to guide, inspire, and organize teams.
• Strong presentation and documentation skills.
