About the Role
We seek an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver complex IT-based projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT projects, preferably within an IT company or sector. You will be key in defining project goals, managing stakeholders, ensuring quality deliverables, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Define Goals and Roles: Clearly outline project objectives, scope, and team responsibilities.
Plan and Organize Projects: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, tasks, and resource allocation. Monitor progress and adjust as needed.
Manage Stakeholders: Communicate project status effectively, address concerns, and manage expectations.
Ensure Quality Control: Establish and maintain quality standards for project deliverables.
Resolve Issues: Proactively identify risks, troubleshoot problems, and implement corrective actions.
Maintain Stakeholder Satisfaction: Build strong client relationships and ensure deliverables exceed expectations.
Document and Report: Maintain thorough project documentation, prepare reports, and document lessons learned.
Foster Team Collaboration: Create a supportive team environment, facilitate communication, and provide mentorships
Requirements, Education and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in IT project management.
• Preferred: Experience working in an IT company or banking sector.
• Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business,
• Preferred Certificates - Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I), ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP)
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Compulsory: Experience with Agile methodologies.
