It Project Manager & Business Analyst

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technology and operational improvement projects from conception through to successful delivery.
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of fleet management systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Supervise the deployment and ongoing support of ERP, billing, and finance platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with business units to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and translate needs into effective system solutions.
- Manage vendor partnerships, software licensing, and IT service contracts, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to IT team members and project contributors, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in IT operations and project management roles.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering cross-functional IT and business system projects on time and within scope.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience managing technology vendors and enterprise systems is an advantage.
