Be the Bridge Between Business & Technology - IT Project Manager & Business Analyst (Transport Sector)
The IT Project Manager and Business Analyst drives digital transformation across transport operations by managing end-to-end project delivery, vendor relationships, and business system optimization. The position ensures alignment between technology initiatives and organizational objectives, supporting improved data accuracy, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and operational improvement projects.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in alignment with business priorities.
• Ensure successful project execution within agreed scope, schedule, and cost parameters.

Fleet & Transport Systems Management

• Oversee implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of fleet management and transport systems.
• Support compliance, scheduling, routing, and tracking functions through effective system management.
• Liaise with system vendors to ensure timely issue resolution and continuous service improvement.

Financial & ERP Systems Integration

• Manage implementation and support of ERP, billing, and finance platforms.
• Collaborate with finance teams to translate business requirements into system functionality.
• Ensure system data accuracy, integration integrity, and compliance with relevant standards.

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement

• Gather and document business requirements through workshops and process reviews.
• Translate business needs into actionable project plans and technical deliverables.
• Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on objectives.

Vendor & Procurement Management

• Manage software licensing, vendor contracts, and IT service agreements.
• Negotiate pricing and service levels to optimize technology investments.
• Oversee third-party performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

Leadership & Team Development

• Provide guidance and mentorship to IT and project delivery teams.
• Align project resources with strategic initiatives and organizational goals.
• Foster a collaborative, results-driven, and service-oriented technology culture.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT operations and project management roles.
• Demonstrated success delivering cross-functional IT or business system projects.
• Experience in the transport or logistics sector is strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• PMP or PRINCE2 Certification
• ITIL Foundation Certification
• Business Analysis or ERP-related certifications a plus
